摘　　要：2020年成立的全国生态文明示范市公共图书馆联合体(简称“联合体”)是图书馆界践行习近平“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念,参与国家生态文明战略的标志性事件,其发展值得关注和期待。论文基于“立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局”的新时代中国特色社会主义事业发展要求,阐释“联合体”对图书馆事业发展和生态文明建设的双重时代意义与现实价值,分析“联合体”现存问题,建议“联合体”应重视加强自身建设并争取获得外部支持,以做大做强、行稳致远。A significant milestone for the library community to put into practice Xi Jinping’s idea that“clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver”and take part in the national ecological civilization strategy is the establishment of the Consortium of Public Libraries in the National Ecological Civilization Demonstration City(“Consortium”)in 2020.Its progress is deserving of interest and anticipation.Based on the development requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which are“understanding the new development stage,acting on the new development philosophy,and accelerating the establishment of the new development paradigm”,this paper explains the dual significance and practical value of“consortium”for the development of libraries and the construction of ecological civilization,analyzes the current problems of“consortium”,and suggests that“consortium”should pay attention to strengthening its structure and seeking external support in order to grow stronger and steady for far-reaching.
