摘 要:目的:探究作息锻炼治疗失眠症患者的疗效及其对睡眠质量和情绪状态的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年9月湖南省郴州市第一人民医院收治的失眠症患者302例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组151例,最终完成随访的观察组和对照组分别有60例及58例。观察组给予作息锻炼治疗,对照组给予常规药物疗法,比较2组疗效,并分别应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估患者睡眠和情绪状态。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%(57/60),对照组总有效率77.59%(45/58),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PSQI各单项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:作息锻炼治疗失眠症疗效优于常规药物疗法,能改善患者睡眠质量,调整情绪状态,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of schedule exercise therapy on insomnia patients and its impact on sleep quality and emotional state.Methods:A total of 118 patients with insomnia admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Chenzhou City,Hunan Province from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the number table method,with 151 cases in each group.There were 60 cases in the observation group and 58 cases in the control group completing the follow-up,respectively.The observation group was treated with schedule exercise,while the control group was treated with conventional medication.The efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the patient′s sleep and emotional status,respectively.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),while the total effective rate of the control group was 77.50%(45/58).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of each individual item in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of schedule exercise therapy on insomnia is better than that of conventional drug therapy,which can improve patients′sleep quality and adjust their emotional state,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
