探讨多种西药合用对睡眠质量影响的不良反应及对策

摘　　要：目的:分析使用西药联合治疗对改善患者睡眠质量所产生的效果,同时就发生的不良反应进行探讨。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月山东省国欣颐养集团滕南医院收治的需提升睡眠质量的患者66例作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组单独使用阿普唑仑进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入右佐匹克隆实施联合治疗。就治疗对睡眠方面产生的综合影响以及产生的不良反应方面进行比较。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组;治疗前2组睡眠障碍(SDRS)评分以及睡眠各项情况评分差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组SDRS低于对照组,睡眠效率、时间、质量评分高于对照组;观察组睡眠困难减少、深度睡眠等概率高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在阿普唑仑以及右佐匹克隆药物联用的情况下,可证实多种西药合用对改善患者睡眠质量能产生更好的效果,药物合用不良反应发生概率低、安全性高,具备临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of combined western medicine on improving the sleep quality of patients,and discuss the adverse reactions.Methods:Selected from January 2021 to January 2022 in Shandong province xin care group Tengsouth hospital admitted to improve the quality of sleep patients with 66 cases as a research object,according to the envelope method is randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group 33 cases,control group alone use alprazolam treatment,observation group on the basis of the control group to add right with combination therapy.Compare the combined effects of treatment on sleep and the adverse effects produced.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group;Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of sleep disorders(SDRS)and sleep conditions between the two groups.After treatment,the SDRS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of sleep efficiency,time and quality were higher than that of the control group;The probability of sleep difficulty and deep sleep in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The difference was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In the case of combination of alprazolam and right zopiclone,it can be confirmed that the combination of multiple western medicines can produce better effect on improving the sleep quality of patients,and the adverse reaction rate of drug combination is low and the safety is high,which has clinical application value.
