摘　　要：近年来,有较多临床工作者采用重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合中药治疗失眠症的方案,取得较好的疗效。本研究基于中医标本理论,认为用rTMS快速改善失眠的症状,所谓治其标,对症治标;用中药通过辨证论治调节阴阳及脏腑功能达到治疗失眠的作用,所谓治其本,扶正固本。rTMS联合中药治疗失眠症优势明显,本文从标本理论的角度出发探讨二者联合使用治疗的理论依据,为临床工作者提供参考和支持。In recent years,many clinical workers employed repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulationr(rTMS)combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia,and have achieved good results.Based on the TCM theroy of manifestation and root cause,we believe that using rTMS can quickly improve the symptoms of insomnia,the so-called treatment of its manifestation,symptomatic treatment.That using traditional Chinese medicine can regulate Yin and Yang and the functions of zang-fu organs to treat insomnia through syndrome differentiation,the so-called treatment of its root,supporting the solid root.rTMS combined with traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of insomnia,and from the perspective of specimen theory,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of their combined treatment,so as to provide reference and support for clinical workers.
