摘　　要：睡眠障碍是老年群体普遍存在的健康问题,其中以失眠最常见。随着我国社会老龄化的到来,失眠的人数也随之增加。针对老年人失眠高发生率的现状,积极进行睡眠健康管理,编制相关方案为老年人睡眠健康管理提供指导,有利于提高老年人睡眠质量,维护老年人身体健康。Sleep disorders are a common health problem among the elderly population,with insomnia being the most common.With the aging of our society,the number of insomnia is also increasing.In response to the high incidence of insomnia in the elderly,active sleep health management should be carried out,and relevant plans should be formulated to provide guidance for sleep health management in the elderly,which is beneficial for improving their sleep quality and maintaining their physical health.
