集束化护理对患儿剥夺睡眠脑电图检查依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理对患儿剥夺睡眠脑电图的检查依从性。方法:选取2021年1月10日至2022年12月10日厦门大学附属第一医院收治的接受剥夺脑电图检查的患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用集束化护理。对比2组患儿护理后的临床指标变化(家属疾病知识知晓、检查依从性、患儿配合度、采集成功度)和生命质量。结果:观察组患儿的临床指标变化均优于对照组,2组对比明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿生命质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理应用于患儿剥夺睡眠脑电图的检查工作中,有较好的改善临床检查依从性、护理配合度等指标的作用,对患儿的生命质量有显著的提升效果。因此,建议将集束化护理广泛使用于患儿剥夺睡眠脑电图的检查工作。Objective:This study explored the compliance of cluster nursing on sleep deprivation electroencephalography examination in children.Methods:In this study,80 children who received deprivation electroencephalography examination from January 10,2021 to December 10,2022 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group applied routine nursing,and the observation group applied cluster nursing.Compare the changes in clinical indicators(family members′disease knowledge awareness,examination compliance,patient cooperation,and collection success)and quality of life between two groups of pediatric patients after nursing care.Results:The clinical indicator change scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in the examination of sleep deprived electroencephalography of children has a better effect on improving the compliance of clinical examination,nursing cooperation and other indicators,and has a significant effect on improving the quality of life of children.Therefore,it is suggested that cluster nursing should be widely used in the examination of sleep deprived electroencephalography of children.
