摘 要:目的:分析性格分析匹配教学对改善手术室护理实习生负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年06月至2022年06月泉州市第一医院手术室护理实习生82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用性格分析匹配教学模式。对比2组的教学效果、负性情绪、睡眠质量及带教满意度。结果:在理论成绩、实践技能成绩及带教满意度上,观察组高于对照组;在焦虑评分、抑郁评分及睡眠质量评分方面,观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:性格分析匹配教学模式用于手术室护理实习生的教学效果显著,对于负性情绪及睡眠质量的改善具有促进作用,有利于提高带教满意度,临床可进一步推广应用。Objective:To analyze the impact of personality analysis matching teaching on improving negative emotions and sleep quality of operating room nursing interns.Methods:A total of 82 experimental subjects were included in this study,all nursing interns were interned in the operating room of Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022.They were divided into a control group(traditional teaching mode,n=41)and an observation group(personality analysis matching teaching mode,n=41)using a random number table method.Compare the teaching effectiveness,negative emotions,sleep quality,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In terms of theoretical scores,practical skills scores,and teaching satisfaction,the observation group was higher than the control group.In terms of anxiety score,depression score,and sleep quality score,the observation group was lower than the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The personality analysis matching teaching model has a significant teaching effect on operating room nursing interns,promoting the improvement of negative emotions and sleep quality,and is conducive to improving teaching satisfaction.It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
