摘  要:动力电池冷却系统的密封性能对电动汽车的性能和安全至关重要。目前动力电池厂家对于冷却系统的密封性能都做到了下线100%检测,如何提升下线密封检测良率,减少返工、提升节拍成为各大厂家都关注的重点问题。文章从零件设计、模具开发、生产工艺和现场制造等方面对冷却系统密封性影响因素进行了系统分析。通过对各个影响因素进行综合讨论,提出了合理提升冷却系统密封稳健性的途径,为接下来的冷却系统零部件设计及工艺优化提供了重要的指导。The sealing performance of the cooling system for battery pack is crucial for the performance and safety of electric vehicles.Currently,battery pack manufacturers have achieved 100%EOL testing for the sealing performance of the cooling system.How to improve the yield of EOL sealing testing,reduce rework,and increase production efficiency has become a key concern for ma⁃jor manufacturers.A systematic analysis of the factors affecting the sealing performance of the cooling system is conducted from the aspects of part design,mold development,production process,and manufacturing.Through comprehensive discussions on various influencing factors,a feasible ap⁃proach to improve the sealing robustness of the cooling system is proposed,providing important guid⁃ance for the subsequent design and process optimization of cooling system components.
