摘　　要：乘用车玻璃贴膜前需喷水湿润玻璃内侧,水会沿着玻璃滴落至干区,可能造成干区电器件进水失效。文章以某乘用车为研究对象,采用SPH方法建立了前风窗玻璃和侧门窗玻璃贴膜喷水数值计算模型,粒径无关性分析表明当粒径小于1 mm时,计算结果与粒径无关;前风窗玻璃和侧门窗玻璃贴膜喷水的流水路径、落水点和沾湿情况的数值结果与试验结果一致,验证了数值计算模型的准确性。研究结果表明,前风窗玻璃贴膜水滴落在BCM周围的线束上,然后四溅至BCM及接插件,通过仪表台翻边前沿高度增高5 mm、后移落水孔位置25 mm和减小一半落水孔面积可以避免落水点在线束上,实现BCM及接插件不进水;侧门窗玻璃贴膜水经内水切前沿、内钣金表面和内钣金与内饰板拼接缝隙流出,氛围灯距离流水路径较远,无进水风险,扬声器有进水风险,通过提高扬声器接插件防水等级至IPX2,可避免扬声器失效。The inside of glass of passenger vehicles should be moisturized by spraying water before applying film.The water may drip down to the dry area,which may cause the electrical compo⁃nents in the dry area to be damaged by water.Taking a certain passenger car as the research object,a numerical calculation model of water spraying for the front windshield and side window film applying is established using the SPH method.The analysis of particle size independence shows that when the particle size is less than 1 mm,the calculation results are independent of the particle size.The nu⁃merical results of the water flow path,water droplet landing point,and wetting condition for the front windshield and side window film applying are consistent with the experimental results,verifying the accuracy of the numerical calculation model.The research results show that water droplets from the front windshield film applying fall on the harness around the BCM,and then splash onto the BCM and connectors.By increasing the height of the front edge of the instrument panel by 5 mm,moving the position of the water droplet hole 25 mm rearward,and reducing the area of the water droplet hole by half,the water droplet landing point on the harness can be avoided,and the BCM and connectors can be kept dry.The water from the side window film applying flows out through the inner belt line seal,inner sheet metal surface,and the gap between the inner sheet metal and the interior trim.The ambient lights are far away from the water flow path and have no risk of water ingress,while the speakers have a risk of water ingress.By increasing the waterproof rating of the speaker connectors to IPX2,the risk of speaker failure can be avoided.
