摘 要:汽车悬架弹簧在整车腐蚀试验中发生断裂。采用电镜扫描、残余应力检测、化学成分检测、硬度检测、金相组织及脱碳检测、涂层厚度和附着力测量,对断裂失效样品进行了全面分析。分析结果表明,弹簧断裂的根本原因是在整车腐蚀试验中受到高速石击导致涂层破损产生裂纹源,并在腐蚀和疲劳的作用下使得裂纹进一步扩展,最终导致弹簧断裂。最后提出了采用双涂层的表面处理方法,使得弹簧抗石击的性能得到明显提升。The suspension spring of the vehicle broke during the vehicle corrosion test.Com⁃prehensive analysis is conducted on the fractured sample using scanning electron microscopy,re⁃sidual stress detection,chemical composition detection,hardness detection,metallographic structure and decarburization detection,coating thickness and adhesion measurement.The analysis results show that the root cause of the spring fracture is the damage to the coating caused by high-speed stone impact during the vehicle corrosion test,which generates crack sources,and the crack further ex⁃pands under the combined effects of corrosion and fatigue,ultimately leading to the spring fracture.At last,a surface treatment method with dual coatings is proposed,which significantly improves the spring's resistance to stone impact.
