摘　　要：汽车车门造型设计的年轻化,对整车厂密封性能研发提出更高要求。文章以汽车车门为研究对象,对车门雨淋漏水路径进行系统分析,接着详细阐述了预批量生产过程中一些典型漏水案例及整改方案,为汽车车门漏水问题提供了解决思路,提升问题解决效率。The youthfulness of the car door styling design has raised higher requirements for the sealing performance development of the manufacturers.Taking the car door as the research ob⁃ject,a systematic analysis of the rainwater leakage path of the car door is conducted.Then,some typical leakage cases and rectification solutions in the pre-production process are elaborated in detail,providing a solution approach for the car door leakage problem and improving the efficiency of prob⁃lem solving.
