摘 要:本文研究了过硫酸钠热氧化法+化学沉淀法处理含镍电镀废水的工艺,分析了反应温度、反应时间、过硫酸钠用量和氢氧化钠用量对镍离子浓度的影响,利用Design Expert 10.0设计软件对影响因素进行响应面法设计,拟合了实验模型方程,并对模型进行了分析计算,得出了最佳工艺:废水量为150 mL时,设置反应温度70℃,反应时间65min,过硫酸钠用量为0.79 g,30%的氢氧化钠溶液用量为0.5 mL,净化后废水中镍离子的浓度为0.0882 mg/L,达到排放标准。In this paper,the process of treating nickel-containing electroplating wastewater by sodium persulfate thermal oxidation-chemical precipitation method was studied,and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of sodium persulfate and sodium hydroxide on nickel ion concentration were analyzed.The response surface method was used to design and optimize the process conditions by Design Expert 10.0,and the experimental model equation was fitted.The model was analyzed and calculated,and the optimal process was obtained as follows:when the wastewater volume is 150 mL,the reaction temperature is 70℃,the reaction time is 65 min,the dosage of sodium persulfate is 0.79 g,the dosage of 30%sodium hydroxide solution is 0.5 mL,and the nickel ion concentration of the wastewater after treatment is 0.0882 mg/L,which meets the discharge standard of wastewater nickel containing.
