摘  要:近年随着信息工程学科和神经影像技术的飞速发展,大脑的活动过程可更直观地呈现在人们面前。目前功能磁共振成像、正电子发射断层显像-CT、脑电图、单光子发射计算机断层显像、近红外光谱成像等技术已广泛应用于针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究中,在解码针刺效应方面发挥重要作用。但各种脑成像技术均存在不足,未来或可通过多模态神经影像学技术并结合深度学习模型进一步探索针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用机制和最佳方案,从而为疾病的治疗提供更多选择。In recent years,with the rapid development of information engineering disciplines and neuroimaging techniques,the activity processes of the brain can be presented more visually.Functional magnetic resonance imaging,positron emission tomography-computed tomography,electroencephalography,single photon emission computed tomography and near-infrared spectroscopic imaging have been widely used in studies of acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke and play important roles in decoding the effects of acupuncture.However,various brain imaging techniques all have shortcomings.In the future,multimodal neuroimaging techniques combined with deep learning models may be used to further explore the mechanisms of action and optimal protocols of acupuncture for treating ischemic stroke,providing more options for treating the disease.
