摘 要:目的探讨手机辐射对果蝇睡眠-觉醒节律的影响。方法选取7 d龄雌、雄果蝇,采用简单随机抽样根据不同距离分为空白组、距离0 cm组、距离1 cm组、距离2 cm组,根据不同刺激次数分为空白组、刺激1次组、刺激3次组、刺激5次组,每组32只,利用果蝇活动监测系统,以果蝇的睡眠时间、睡眠-觉醒节律为观察指标,研究给予不同辐射干预条件下,果蝇的睡眠-觉醒节律的变化规律。结果①辐射干预距离对果蝇睡眠的影响:与空白组比较,距离1 cm组和距离2 cm组雄果蝇夜晚12 h、全天24 h睡眠时间均减少[(414±112)min、(290±132)min比(498±102)min,(714±171)min、(591±173)min比(837±175)min](P<0.01)。与空白组比较,距离1 cm组雌果蝇夜晚12 h睡眠时间减少[(462±97)min比(528±77)min](P<0.01),距离2 cm组白天12 h睡眠时间增加[(267±83)min比(201±117)min](P<0.05),夜晚12 h睡眠时间减少[(491±73)min比(528±77)min](P<0.05)。②辐射干预次数对果蝇睡眠的影响:与空白组比较,刺激3次组和刺激5次组雄果蝇夜晚12 h和全天24 h睡眠时间均减少[(300±148)min、(414±112)min比(498±102)min,(599±289)min、(714±171)min比(837±175)min](P<0.01)。与空白组比较,刺激1次组雌果蝇白天12 h和全天24 h睡眠时间减少[(148±97)min比(201±117)min、(650±177)min比(729±157)min](P<0.01);刺激3次组和刺激5次组夜晚12 h睡眠时间均减少[(485±104)min、(462±97)min比(528±77)min](P<0.01)。结论手机辐射对果蝇的睡眠时间和睡眠-觉醒节律产生负性影响,且手机辐射在距离1 cm、手机辐射次数5次状态下最为明显。Objective To study the effect of mobile phone radiation on the sleep-wake rhythm in Drosophila melanogaster.Methods The 7-day-old female and male drosophila were selected and divided into blank group,0 cm group,1 cm group and 2 cm group by simple random sampling according to different distances,and were divided into blank group,1 stimulation group,3 stimulation group and 5 stimulation group according to different stimulation times,with 32 drosophila in each group.The drosophila activity monitoring system was used,with the sleep time and sleep-wake rhythm of drosophila as observation indexes to study the changes of sleep-wake rhythm of drosophilaunder different radiation intervention conditions.Results①The influence of radiation intervention distance on the sleep of drosophila:compared with the blank group,the sleep time of 12 h at night and 24 h of whole day of the male drosophila in the 1 cm group and 2 cm group both decreased[(414±112)min,(290±132)min vs(498±102)min;(714±171)min,(591±173)min vs(837±175)min](P<0.01).Compared with the blank group,the night 12 h sleep time of female drosophilia in the 1 cm group decreased[(462±97)min vs(528±77)min](P<0.01),while the daytime 12 h sleep of the 2 cm group increased[(267±83)min vs(201±117)min](P<0.05),and the night 12 h sleep time decreased[(491±73)min vs(528±77)min](P<0.05).②Study on the influence of radiation intervention times on the sleep of drosophila:compared with the blank group,the sleep time of 12 h at night and 24 h of whole day decreased in the 3 stimulation group and 5 stimulation group[(300±148)min,(414±112)min vs(498±102)min;(599±289)min,(714±171)min vs(837±175)min](P<0.01).Compared with the blank group,the 12 h daytime and 24 h sleep time of female drosophila of the 1 stimulation groupreduced[(148±97)min vs(201±117)min,(650±177)min vs(729±157)min](P<0.01).The sleep time of 12 h at night in the 3 stimulation group and the 5 stimulation group decreased[(485±104)min,(462±97)min vs(528±77)min](P<0.01).Conclusion Mobile phone rad
