摘  要:机体通过专业和非专业的吞噬细胞执行胞葬功能以清除凋亡细胞,该过程包括识别结合凋亡细胞、形成吞噬小体、激活吞噬功能以及凋亡细胞最终被降解等,且该过程受多种因素的调控,在机体发育、维持组织稳态中具有重要作用。胞葬功能障碍可引起多种慢性炎症性及免疫性疾病。钙离子(Ca 2+)对维持细胞的胞葬功能具有关键作用,参与了巨噬细胞迁移、凋亡细胞识别、吞噬小体形成等步骤。提高胞质内Ca 2+浓度可促进胞葬功能,有望为胞葬功能障碍相关疾病提供新的治疗靶点。The body performs efferocytosis function through specialized and non-specialized phagocytes to remove apoptotic cells.This process includes identifying and binding apoptotic cells,forming phagosomes,activating phagocytosis,and ultimately degrading apoptotic cells,which is regulated by multiple factors and plays an important role in the body development and maintaining tissue homeostasis.Dysfunction of efferocytosis can lead to a variety of chronic inflammatory and immune diseases.Calcium ions(Ca 2+)play a key role in maintaining the efferocytosis of cells,participating in steps such as macrophage migration,apoptotic cell recognition,and phagocytic body formation.Increasing intracellular Ca 2+concentration can promote efferocytosis function and is expected to provide new therapeutic targets for diseases related to cellular burial dysfunction.
