摘 要:尿酸性肾病是由于血清尿酸水平过高导致高尿酸血症,进而引起肾小管损伤、纤维化的一种肾脏疾病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。尿酸性肾病与氨基酸、脂质代谢紊乱等密切相关,氨基酸、脂质代谢信号通路参与尿酸性肾病的发生发展。代谢组学在研究代谢性疾病方面具有独特优势,尿酸性肾病代谢组学研究备受关注。关键代谢物在代谢信号通路中扮演重要角色,可能成为生物学诊断标志物和治疗靶标。通过代谢组学研究代谢相关信号通路,有望揭示尿酸性肾病的发病机制,为其治疗提供新思路。Uric acid nephropathy is a kind of kidney disease that leads to hyperuricemia due to excessive serum uric acid level,and then leads to renal tubule injury and fibrosis,which sees an yearly increasing incidence.Uric acid nephropathy is closely related to the disorder of amino acid and lipid metabolism that amino acid and lipid metabolism signaling pathways are involved in its pathogenesis and progression.Metabolomics has unique advantages in studying metabolic diseases,and there is significant interest in metabolomics research of uric acid nephropathy.Key metabolites play important roles in metabolic signaling pathways and may serve as biological diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.Through metabolomics studies of metabolic-related signaling pathways,the pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy is expected to be uncovered,to provide new insights for its treatment.
