摘  要:蝎是地球上最古老的动物之一,蝎尾部毒囊分泌排出的蝎毒具有广泛的药理活性,在我国已有上千年的用药历史。蝎毒作为一种复杂的生物毒素,具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和侵袭、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成等,目前已从不同蝎毒中纯化并鉴定出一系列具有抗肿瘤作用的活性组分,且其作用机制与靶点相继被阐明。深入研究蝎毒的化学成分及其活性组分的抗肿瘤作用和机制对蝎毒在抗肿瘤领域的研究及应用有重要的临床意义。Scorpion is one of the oldest animals on Earth.The scorpion venom secreted by the venom sac in the tail of the scorpion has a wide range of pharmacological activities,and has been used for thousands of years in China.Scorpion venom,as a complex biological toxin,has excellent anti-tumor effects,including inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and invasion,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis.Currently,a series of active components with anti-tumor effects have been purified and identified from different scorpion venoms,and their mechanisms and targets have been elucidated in succession.Deeply studying the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of scorpion venom′s chemical components and active components has important clinical significance for the research and application of scorpion venom in the anti-tumor field.
