摘  要:丙泊酚是一种常用的静脉麻醉药,在小儿麻醉中的应用逐渐增多。丙泊酚在发挥麻醉作用的同时可能对婴幼儿生长发育产生影响。丙泊酚的神经发育毒性可能涉及抑制神经干细胞存活与增生、影响突触发育和可塑性、钙超载和线粒体异常分裂等多种机制。因此,深入研究和评估丙泊酚对中枢神经系统发育的影响已成为目前麻醉领域的研究重点。未来,应充分认识丙泊酚的神经毒性作用,采取及时有效的预防和治疗措施,不断提高小儿麻醉安全性。Propofol is a commonly used intravenous general anesthesia agent and its application in pediatric anesthesia is increasing.While exerting anesthetic effect,propofol may also affect the growth of infants.The mechanisms of neurodevelopmental toxicity may involve decreasing neural stem cell survival and proliferation,disrupting dendrite development and plasticity,calcium overload and mitochondrial fission,etc.Therefore,further investigation and evaluation of propofol on the neurodevelopment has become a research focus in the field of anesthesia.In the future,the neurotoxic effect of propofol should be thoroughly understood,and timely and effective prevention and treatment measures should be given,to improve the safety of pediatric anesthesia constantly.
