摘　　要：胃癌患者围手术期的剧烈疼痛可导致交感神经兴奋并释放多种激素入血,进而导致血流动力学不稳定,增加心血管不良事件发生风险。因此,围手术期有效的疼痛管理非常必要,可有效降低机体应激反应,利于术后康复。超声引导下阻滞麻醉具有镇痛、降低应激反应等作用,目前已广泛应用于胃癌手术中。但超声引导下阻滞麻醉方案较多,包括胸段硬膜外阻滞、腹横肌平面阻滞等,在镇痛、安全性、操作技巧等方面也各具优势。因此,未来仍应继续探索胃癌患者超声引导下阻滞麻醉方案的优劣并不断改进,从而为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Severe perioperative pain in patients with gastric cancer can lead to sympathetic nerve stimulation and release multiple hormones into the blood,thus promoting hemodynamic instability and increasing the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.Therefore,effective perioperative pain management is very necessary,which can effectively reduce the stress response of the body and facilitate postoperative rehabilitation.Ultrasound-guided block anesthesia has the effect of analgesia and reducing stress response,and has been widely used in gastric cancer surgery.However,there are many anesthesia schemes,including thoracic epidural block and transverse abdominal plane block etc.,which have different advantages in analgesia,safety and operation skills.Therefore,in the future,we should continue to explore the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound-guided anesthesia for gastric cancer patients and continue to improve it,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of the disease.
