摘　　要：张洪美教授认为“命门火衰”是膝骨关节炎发生的始要病因,病性虚实夹杂,以肾虚精亏、气血不足为本,风寒湿侵袭为标,属本虚标实之证,治疗上以补肾温命门,填精益髓治本,兼祛风除湿、祛瘀通络治标,提出“温阳益髓”的中医辨证思路,拟温阳益髓方,体现了“筋骨并重”的中医治疗理念。Professor Zhang Hongmei holds that"fire decline of the gate of life"is the first cause of knee osteoarthritis,the nature of the disease belongs to the mixture of deficiency and excess,with kidney deficiency and essence depletion,insufficiency of Qi and blood as the root cause,wind,cold and dampness invasion as the superficial cause,and the disease belongs to the pattern of deficiency as the root cause and excess as the superficial cause,the professor adopts invigorating kidney and warming the gate of life,supplementing essence and benefiting marrow as the treatment for the root cause,combining with dispelling wind and clearing damp,removing blood stasis and freeing collaterals as the therapy for superficial symptoms,raising TCM syndrome differentiation thinking of"warming Yang and benefiting marrow"and preparing warming-Yang benefiting marrow prescription,which embodies TCM therapeutic concept of"laying equal stress on tendon and bone".
