《伤寒论》寒热并用法在慢性肾脏疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：分析《伤寒论》寒热并用法的应用特点,指出寒热错杂于中焦,则治以互解寒热,调和脾胃;上热下寒,治以清上温下;外寒内热,治以解表清热;少阳枢机不利,治以和解少阳,畅达枢机。慢性肾脏疾病具有虚实并见、寒热错杂的病机特点,临证常需寒热并用,温凉协同,扶正祛邪,各司其职,使其相得益彰,方能效若桴鼓。The paper analyzes the application features of the combination of cold and heat in treatise on febrile diseases:cold mixing with heat in middle energizer,which can be treated by mutual resolving cold and heat,harmonizing the spleen and stomach;heat in the upper and cold in the lower,treated by clearing the upper heat and warming the lower cold;external cold and internal heat,treated by relieving the exterior and clearing heat;unfarourable Shaoyang pivot,treated by reconciling Shaoyang and smooth Qi activities.The pathogenesis of chronic kidney diseases has the characteristics of deficiency and excess,cold and heat mixed,the treatment often uses the combination of cold and heat,warm and cool together,enhancing healthy Qi and eliminating the evils,performing their respective duties to make them complement each other,so as to get good results.
