基于脂代谢紊乱探讨从痰论治H型高血压的作用机制

摘　　要：通过探讨“痰邪”与脂代谢紊乱在H型高血压发病过程中的相似性、关联性,证实运脾化痰方药可通过调节患者脂类代谢来调控血压,进而推测从痰论治H型高血压的潜在机制可能与靶向调节脂代谢紊乱有关,以期从靶向调节脂代谢紊乱作为切入点阐释中医从痰论治H型高血压的现代意义。The paper discusses the similarity and connection between"phlegm pathogen"and disordered lipid metabolism in the pathogenesis of H-type hypertension,confirms that the prescription and medicine of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm could regulate blood pressure via regulating lipid metabolism,and then speculates that the underlying mechanism of treating the disease from phlegm may be related to the targeted regulation of lipid metabolism disorder,in order to explain the modern significance of treating H-type hypertension from phlegm in TCM using targeted regulation of lipid metabolism as an entry point.
