针刺治疗老年脑病临床研究进展

摘　　要：总结近几年常见老年脑病阿尔茨海默病、脑血管性痴呆、帕金森病、脑梗死、脑萎缩等的临床研究进展,指出随着年龄增长,老年脑病的发病率越来越高,而老年脑病的发生多与髓海亏虚、肝肾不足、痰浊瘀血有关;老年脑病的临床症状多见认知障碍、行为障碍、记忆力减退、痴呆等,严重影响患者生存质量;近代针灸医家提出的醒脑开窍、调任通督、孔雀开屏、交叉电项针等针灸理论和一些特殊针刺手法对老年脑病的治疗提供了理论和临床治疗依据。The paper summarizes clinical research progress of the common senile brain diseases including Alzheimer's disease,cerebrovascular dementia,Parkinson's disease,cerebral infarction,cerebral atrophy and others,the incidence of cerebral brain diseases is increasing with the age,the occurrence of senile brain disease is mostly related to depletion of the brain,insufficiency of liver and kidney,phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis;clinical symptoms contain cognitive impairment,behavioral disorders,memory loss and dementia,severely affecting the patients'quality of life;modern acupuncturists have raised some theories about acupuncture such as restoring consciousness and opening the orifices,regulating Ren channel and clearing the governor meridian,Kongque Kaiping(a set of acupuncture prescription,similar to the scene when a peacock is in his pride,used for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis,cerebrovascular disease and others),crossover electroneedle,and some special acupuncture techniques in the treatment of senile brain diseases,and it could provide the theory and clinical therapeutic references.
