摘 要:尘螨是世界范围内过敏性呼吸道疾病最常见的变应原之一,其中变应性鼻炎和变应性哮喘最为常见。目前,临床上比较常用的变应原检测方法为皮肤点刺试验、特异性免疫球蛋白E检测和激发试验。随着尘螨所致过敏性呼吸道疾病的发病率逐年升高,对变应原检测技术提出了更高的要求。变应原组分解析诊断(CRD)是一种新兴的变应原检测技术,可以明确患者对变应原的哪些组分过敏。CRD使尘螨诱发的过敏性呼吸道疾病有了更加精准的分子分型,有助于未来开展基于尘螨组分的脱敏治疗和疗效监测。Dust mite is one of the commonest allergens for allergic respiratory diseases worldwide.Allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma are the most common allergic respiratory diseases in clinic.At present,the commonly used approaches in clinical diagnosis for allergen are skin prick test,specific immunoglobulin E test and provocation test.With the increasing incidence of allergic respiratory diseases elicited by dust mite,higher requirements have been put forward for allergen detection technology.Allergen component-resolved diagnosis(CRD)is an emerging technology for the detection of allergens,which can identify the sensitizing components of allergens.CRD can provide precise molecular typing for allergic respiratory diseases induced by dust mite,which is conducive to the desensitization treatment and efficacy monitoring based on dust mite components in the future.
