摘　　要：随着对抗性运动项目的普及,运动损伤的发生也日益频繁,其中以半月板损伤尤为突出。近年来,半月板损伤的手术治疗多采用半月板修复术,临床疗效较好。但由于受多种因素影响,患者对术后康复的效果并不满意。如何促进半月板修复术后的愈合及功能的恢复,是目前骨科医师面临的一大难题。当前半月板术后康复治疗中,运动疗法和物理治疗通过刺激膝关节活动改善关节功能;组织工程治疗可以促进组织愈合,加快半月板修复;而以中药和针灸为主的中医治疗则通过调节机体内环境稳态达到防病治病的目的。目前学术界对于半月板修复术后康复治疗方案尚未达成共识,对康复治疗方法的选择各有差异,未来的研究可以着眼于治疗方案实施的规范化、个体化等方面。With the popularization of confrontational sports,the occurrence of sports injuries is becoming more and more frequent,especially meniscal injury.In recent years,meniscal repair has been used for the surgical treatment of meniscal injury,and the clinical effect is good.However,due to many factors,the patients are not satisfied with the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.How to promote healing and functional recovery after meniscal repair is a major problem faced by orthopedic surgeons.Among the current postoperative rehabilitation of meniscus,exercise therapy and physical therapy improve joint function by stimulating knee movement;tissue engineering treatments can promote tissue healing and accelerate meniscal repair;traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment,which is mainly based on acupuncture and TCM herbs,can achieve the role of disease prevention and treatment by regulating the homeostasis of the environment in the body.At present,there is no consensus in the academic community on the rehabilitation treatment plan after meniscal repair,and the choice of rehabilitation treatment methods is different,and future research can focus on the standardization and individualization of the implementation of treatment plans.
