摘　　要：妊娠期代谢综合征(GMS)是妊娠期特有的疾病,极易诱发孕妇和胎儿生理病理改变,危及母婴生命安全。目前临床主要通过纠正生活方式,同时围绕相关危险因素进行对症治疗,已获得显著疗效。已知营养失衡是导致或加重GMS的主要因素之一,而营养干预能保证能量摄入合理的同时平衡膳食结构,对改善母体代谢情况、保证胎儿健康生长环境、改善妊娠结局有重要意义。可见,早期明确GMS患者实际营养状况,及时给予针对性营养干预,对控制患者病情进展、改善妊娠结局有积极意义,且有望为防治GMS提供新思路。Gestational metabolic syndrome(GMS)is a unique disease during pregnancy,which can easily cause physiological and pathological changes of the pregnant women and fetuses,endangering their life safety.At present,through the correction of life style and symptomatic treatment about related risk factors,good results have been achieved.It is known that nutritional imbalance is one of the main factors leading to or aggravating GMS,and nutritional intervention can ensure reasonable energy intake and balanced dietary structure,which is of great significance to improving the maternal metabolism,ensuring the healthy fetal growth environment and improving the pregnancy outcome.It can be seen that early identification of the actual nutritional status of GMS patients and timely targeted nutritional intervention have positive significance for controlling the disease progression and improving the pregnancy outcomes,and are expected to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of GMS.
