摘  要:肝泡球蚴病(HAE)病灶内微血管、纤维化、钙化以及微囊泡共存,超声表现较为特异。HAE病灶内部结构复杂,常规超声无法显示病灶的微血管灌注状态以及病灶纤维化的精准范围,故常规超声无法精准评估HAE病灶的生物活性状态。超声造影(CEUS)和超声弹性成像可弥补二维超声的不足,CEUS可以实时动态评估HAE病灶的微血管状态,超声弹性成像可以评估病灶的纤维化程度,为评估HAE生物学活性提供了重要的影像学依据,但其诊断标准仍有待进一步研究。The coexistence of microvessels,fibrosis,calcification,and microcapsules within the lesion of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE)results in a more specific ultrasound finding.The internal structure of HAE lesions is complex,and conventional ultrasound cannot accurately assess the microvascular perfusion status and the precise range of lesion fibrosis,so conventional ultrasound cannot accurately evaluate the biological activity status of HAE lesions.The emergence of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and ultrasonic elastography has made up for the shortcomings of two-dimensional ultrasound.CEUS can dynamically evaluate the microvascular status of HAE lesions in real-time,and ultrasound elastography can evaluate the degree of fibrosis in the lesions,providing important imaging basis for evaluating the biological activity of HAE.However,its diagnostic criteria still need further research.
