摘　　要：酒精性心肌病伴酒精依赖表现为病情共损且两者相互影响,是双心医学的重要组成部分。基于中医整体观念的指导思想和双心医学的诊疗理念,探讨酒精性心肌病伴酒精依赖的形神同治研究有助于推动心血管疾病治疗向双心健康的方向发展。酒精性心肌病伴酒精依赖的治疗需要强调戒酒和综合性原则,涵盖药物治疗、外治法、情志治疗和传统导引功法等手段治疗心脏和精神心理疾病。中医学既要发挥独特优势,同时也可以借鉴其他学科的研究方法,制订出更完善的治疗和评价体系。Alcoholic cardiomyopathy with alcohol dependence manifests as co-morbid conditions and interacting with each other,which is an important part of psycho-cardiology medicine.Based on the idea of the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the theory of psycho-cardiology,the study on the psycho-cardiology treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy with alcohol dependence can promote the transformation of cardiovascular disease treatment to the direction of psycho-cardiology health.The treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy with alcohol dependence requires an emphasis on abstinence and comprehensive principles,including pharmacological treatment,external therapies,emotional treatment,and traditional guiding technique to treat cardiac and psychosomatic disorders.While TCM should take advantage of its unique strengths,it can also draw on the research methods of other disciplines to develop a better treatment and evaluation system.
