摘　　要：目前,呼吸系统疾病在全世界范围内严重危害人类生命健康。中药雾化治疗呼吸系统疾病的疗效显著,可以改善患者肺功能、缓解炎症反应、调节免疫、提升临床疗效,且与西药相比不易产生耐药性和毒副作用。基础实验研究和临床试验为探索中药雾化的作用机制及其临床应用提供了线索。合理选择中药雾化吸入装置并规范化操作有利于确保治疗效果的稳定。建立多中心大样本的临床研究、设定更加成熟的实验研究、明确其作用途径和安全性、规范中药雾化剂的研发标准是未来推广中药雾化的关键。At present,respiratory diseases seriously endanger human life and health all over the world.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)atomization has a significant effect in the treatment of respiratory diseases,which can improve the patients′lung function,relieve inflammatory response,regulate immunity,and enhance clinical efficacy,and is less likely to develop drug resistance and toxic side effects compared to western medicine.Basic experimental research and clinical trials provide clues for exploring the mechanism of action and clinical application of TCM atomization.Reasonable selection of TCM atomization inhalation device and standardized operation are conducive to ensuring the stability of the treatment effect.Establishing multi-center clinical studies with large samples,setting more mature experimental studies,clarifying their action routes and safety,and standardizing the research and development standards of TCM atomizers are the keys to promoting TCM atomization in the future.
