摘　　要：炎症性皮肤病是一类最常见的皮肤疾病,包括银屑病、特应性皮炎等。炎症性皮肤病主要由自身抗原诱导的T细胞或变应原等介导。γδT细胞是执行固有免疫功能的T细胞,在炎症性皮肤病中起关键作用,其可通过激活并释放各种促炎性细胞因子[如γ干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素(IL)-17和IL-22]参与炎症的形成。因此,研究γδT细胞在炎症性皮肤病中的作用机制,可为疾病的诊疗提供理论依据,还可通过γδT细胞调控炎症性皮肤病的发生发展,为疾病的治疗提供新方向。Inflammatory dermatosis is one of the most common skin diseases,including psoriasis and atopic dermatitis etc.Inflammatory dermatosis is mainly mediated by T cells or allergens induced by autoantigen.γδT cells are T cells that perform innate immune function and play a key role in inflammatory skin diseases,which can participate in the formation of inflammation by activating and releasing various proinflammatory cytokines[such asγinterferon,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-17 and IL-22,etc].Therefore,studying the mechanism ofγδT cells in inflammatory skin diseases can provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases,and regulating the occurrence and development of inflammatory skin diseases throughγδT cells,can provide a new direction for the treatment of the diseases.
