摘　　要：目前,关于成人髋关节发育不良(DDH)行全髋关节置换术髋臼重建时髋臼杯的位置一直存在争议。根据髋臼杯的位置,一般可分为原位髋关节中心重建和高髋关节中心重建。行原位髋关节中心重建时,由于发育不良的髋臼通常较浅且发育不全,需要通过骨移植物或其他生物合成材料实现理想的固定,而非原位髋臼重建则主要以高髋关节中心为代表。目前关于髋臼重建不同手术方式的临床研究结果存在较大差异,且国内关于成人DDH髋臼重建手术方式的报道及研究也相对较少。因此,全面了解成人DDH髋臼重建不同手术方式的特点,可以为髋臼重建手术方式的选择提供参考。At present,the position of the acetabular cup in the acetabular reconstruction of total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of adult developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)has been controversial.According to the position of the acetabular cup,it can generally be divided into in situ hip center reconstruction and high hip center reconstruction.When reconstructing the hip center in situ,bone grafts or other biosynthetic materials are often required to achieve ideal fixation because the dysplastic acetabulum is often shallow and underdeveloped.Ex situ reconstruction of the acetabulum is mainly represented by a high hip center.To date,the clinical results of different surgical methods for acetabular reconstruction vary widely.There are relatively few domestic reports and studies on the surgical methods of adult DDH acetabular reconstruction.Therefore,to comprehensively understand the characteristics of different surgical methods for acetabular reconstruction in adult DDH patients can provide a reference for the choice of surgical methods for acetabular reconstruction.
