摘  要:近年来,随着骨科手术朝着精准、微创与智能的方向发展,计算机辅助导航(CAN)技术备受骨科医师青睐。在膝关节的手术中,导航通过获取实时运动学数据辅助外科医师对病灶精准定位,同时还具有减少手术创伤,减少透视手术辐射暴露等优点,但增加手术时间、延长学习曲线以及成本较高等问题限制了其推广与使用。CAN技术在辅助外科医师完成手术的同时有效改善了患者的早期疗效,相较于它的不足,其精准性在临床中更有价值,有广阔的发展前景。In recent years,with the development of orthopedic surgery in the direction of precision,minimally invasive and intelligence,computer assisted navigation(CAN)technology has become more and more popular among orthopedic surgeons.In knee surgery,navigation can assist the surgeon to accurately locate the lesion by obtaining real-time kinematic data,which also has the advantages of reducing surgical trauma and radiation exposure of fluoroscopy surgery.However,the increase in operation time,prolonged learning curve and high cost have limited its promotion and application.CAN technology can not only assist surgeons to complete the operation,but also effectively improve the early efficacy of the patients.Compared with its shortcomings,its accuracy is more valuable in clinical practice and has broad development prospects.
