摘　　要：银屑病是皮肤科常见的一类与免疫相关的疾病,其病程呈慢性迁延,对患者的生活质量造成严重影响。蒙医药为传统医学的重要组成部分,对银屑病的治疗具有独特优势。随着民族医学的发展以及对传统蒙药作用机制和相关靶点的深入研究,蒙医药在银屑病的治疗方面取得了全新进展和突破。目前临床应用于银屑病的蒙医药治疗方案主要包括口服蒙药制剂、药浴、物理治疗以及蒙医身心互动疗法。未来还应进一步发掘蒙医及蒙药的潜力,以为银屑病的治疗提供新的参考和选择。Psoriasis is a common type of immune-related skin disease in the field of dermatology,and the course of the disease is chronic and prolonged,which has a serious impact on the quality of life of the patients.Mongolian medicine is an important part of traditional medicine and has unique advantages in the treatment of psoriasis.With the development of ethnic medicine and the in-depth study of the mechanism of action of traditional Mongolian medicine and related targets,Mongolian medicine has made new progress and breakthroughs in the treatment of psoriasis.At present,the clinical treatment plan of Mongolian medicine for psoriasis mainly includes oral Mongolian medicine preparation,medicinal baths,physical therapy and Mongolian medical psychosomatic interactive therapy.In the future,the potential of Mongolian medicine and Mongolian pharmacy should be further explored to provide new references and options for the treatment of psoriasis.
