摘　　要：Hh(Hedgehog)信号通路在脊柱动物胚胎发育和组织调控中起重要作用,不仅参与组织器官的形成,还在组织损伤修复、免疫调节中发挥重要作用。Hh信号通路的异常激活与多种疾病的发病相关,其与肺癌的发生、侵袭、预后、耐药等密切相关。Hh信号通路抑制剂的运用为肺癌的治疗提供了精确的治疗靶点。随着研究的深入发现,Hh信号通路在特发性肺纤维化(IPF)、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等的病理过程中也发挥重要作用,对Hh信号通路异常激活与IPF、哮喘、COPD、肺癌等发育源性肺疾病机制相关性的研究将为早日实现肺部疾病个体化治疗提供理论依据。Hh(Hedgehog)signaling pathway plays an important role in the embryonic development and tissue regulation of spinal animals,which not only participates in the occurrence and formation of tissues and organs,but also plays a key role in tissue damage repair and immune regulation.The abnormal activation of Hh signaling pathway is related to the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases,and closely related to the occurrence,invasion,prognosis and drug resistance of lung cancer.The application of Hh signaling pathway inhibitors provides precise therapeutic targets for the treatment of lung cancer.With the deepening of research,it has also been found to play an important role in the pathological process of chronic inflammatory lung diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF),asthma,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).The study on the correlation between abnormal activation of Hh signaling pathway and the mechanism of developmental lung diseases such as IPF,asthma,COPD,and lung cancer will provide theoretical basis for the realization of individualized treatment of lung diseases.
