摘  要:肝缺血再灌注损伤(HIRI)是肝脏外科经常遇到的问题,目前尚无有效治疗方法。近年来,表观遗传学被广泛研究,表观遗传调控与HIRI的发病机制密切相关,肝脏细胞在氧化应激后的DNA甲基化促进了肝损伤和纤维化的发生,活性氧诱导的组蛋白修饰影响染色质的浓缩、解链以及肝损伤后DNA修复,非编码RNA在转录后加工、翻译水平调控基因的表达,参与严重的HIRI。因此,深入研究表观遗传调控的作用机制将有助于探索针对HIRI的预防、诊断和干预措施。Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is a common problem in liver surgery,and there is no effective treatment at present.In recent years,epigenetics has been extensively studied.Epigenetic regulation is closely related to the pathogenesis of HIRI.DNA methylation of liver cells after oxidative stress promotes the occurrence of liver injury and fibrosis,and histone modification induced by reactive oxygen species affects chromatin concentration,unchain and DNA repair after liver injury.Non-coding RNA regulates gene expression at the post-transcriptional processing and translation levels,and is involved in severe HIRI.Therefore,extensive and in-depth research on the mechanism of epigenetic regulation will be helpful to the exploration of the prevention,diagnosis and intervention measures for HIRI.
