摘  要:中枢神经系统疾病严重影响人类健康和社会发展,已成为全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。成年哺乳动物中枢神经系统再生困难,因此中枢神经系统疾病的治疗仍是重大医学难题。Rho GTP酶激活蛋白参与了细胞生长、细胞动力学、细胞膜转运和细胞凋亡的病理生理过程。视前区调控因子-2作为Rho GTP酶激活蛋白家族的重要成员,参与中枢神经系统中多种病理生理过程,包括神经元轴突的生长与导向、神经元树突的形成、神经干细胞的调控、肿瘤的转移等,在神经内分泌疾病、中枢神经损伤修复以及神经肿瘤等研究领域具有重要意义。Central nervous system(CNS)diseases seriously affect human health and social development,and have become a major public health problem worldwide.The treatment of CNS diseases remains a major medical challenge due to the difficulty of CNS regeneration in adult mammals.Rho GTPase-activating protein have been considered to be involved in the pathophysiological processes of cell growth,cell dynamics,cell membrane transport and apoptosis.As an important member of the Rho GTPase-activating protein family,preoptic regulatory factor-2 is involved in a variety of pathophysiological processes in the CNS,including neuronal axon growth and orientation,neuronal dendrite formation,neural stem cell regulation,and tumor metastasis,which is of great importance in the research fields of neuroendocrine diseases,central nerve injury repair and neuro-oncology.
