摘 要:钙化在冠状动脉疾病相关研究和临床应用中的作用越来越重要。钙化斑块长期以来被认为是冠状动脉中最重要的动脉粥样硬化斑块,并常对介入治疗产生影响。目前冠状动脉钙化的识别和评估主要依靠影像学方法。随着影像学技术的不断发展,人们对冠状动脉钙化病变的识别和评估越来越精准,且随着介入治疗技术的发展,冠状动脉钙化病变的介入治疗方法也更加多样。因此,充分熟悉各种介入治疗技术的特点和局限性,通过准确地识别、评估冠状动脉钙化病变并最终选择最合适的介入治疗方法,可能成为未来冠状动脉钙化病变诊疗的研究热点。Calcification plays an increasingly important role in the research and clinical application of coronary artery disease.Calcified plaque has long been considered the most important atherosclerotic plaque in coronary arteries which often has an impact on interventional therapy.At present,the identification and assessment of coronary artery calcification mainly rely on imaging methods.With the continuous development of imaging technology,the identification and assessment of coronary artery calcification lesions are becoming more accurate.With the development of interventional therapy technology,the interventional treatment methods for coronary artery calcification lesions are more diverse.Therefore,becoming fully familiar with the characteristics and limitations of various interventional techniques,accurately identifying and assessing the coronary artery calcification lesions,and finally selecting the most appropriate interventional treatment methods may become a research hotspot in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery calcification lesions in the future.
