摘　　要：乳房下皱襞(IMF)是决定女性乳房形态的重要结构,尤其对于乳腺癌手术后女性重建对称的乳房意义重大。但IMF重建常被忽视,导致乳房手术后出现双泡畸形、假体位置下移以及乳房下极轮廓不流畅等并发症。虽然国内外学者对于IMF解剖结构进行了大量研究,但目前关于IMF的形成机制仍存在争议。目前IMF重建方法主要包括乳房再造同期皮瓣法、缝合法和埋线法等;此外,在脂肪移植乳房再造术中还可采用吸脂法重建IMF。因此,未来深入研究IMF的解剖结构、明确IMF的重建方法,可以为患者的治疗提供新思路。Inframammary fold(IMF)is an important structure for the natural breast morphology.Especially for women undergoing breast cancer surgery,it is important to reconstruct a symmetrical breast.However,the reconstruction of the IMF is often ignored,resulting in double-bubble deformity,implant descending and unsmooth IMF after breast surgery.Although scholars have done many histological and anatomical studies on the structure of IMF,the formation mechanism of IMF is still controversial.Up to now,the reconstruction methods of IMF include breast reconstruction with simultaneous flap method,suture method and thread embedding method;in addition,liposuction can also be used to reconstruct the IMF in fat transplantation breast reconstruction surgery.Therefore,future deeper studies on the anatomical structure and the reconstruction method of IMF can provide new ideas for the treatment of the patients.
