摘　　要：近年来,肿瘤的发病率、病死率逐年升高,已成为目前人类死亡的主要原因之一。中医药治疗作为肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分之一,在放化疗辅助阶段、术后康复等方面起重要作用。小柴胡汤是仲景名方,具有和解少阳、调畅气机、疏肝解郁的功效,不仅可通过抑制血管生成和细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡等途径发挥抗肿瘤作用,还可提高肿瘤临床疗效、减轻放化疗不良反应、改善患者生存质量。因此,未来深入研究小柴胡汤在肿瘤治疗中的作用机制,可以为患者的治疗提供新思路。In recent years,the morbidity and mortality of tumor are increasing year by year,and tumor has become one of the main death factors for human.As one of the important components of comprehensive treatment of tumors,Traditional Chinese medicine plays a significant role in adjuvant chemoradiotherapy,postoperative recovery etc.Xiaochaihu decoction is a famous prescription of Zhongjing,which has the effect of reconciling Shaoyang,regulating qi flow,soothing liver and relieving depression.It can not only play an anti-tumor effect by inhibiting angiogenesis,inhibiting cell proliferation and promoting cell apoptosis etc,but also improve the clinical effect in treating tumors,alleviate adverse effects and improve the quality of patient survival.Therefore,in-depth study of the mechanism of Xiaochaihu decoction in tumor treatment in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment.
