摘　　要：脓毒症是临床常见的危重病,肾脏是脓毒症发生过程中最易受损的器官之一。西医治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤(SAKI)主要是对症治疗,如补液、抗炎和透析,但目前仍缺乏有效的治疗手段。近年来,中西医结合治疗脓毒症取得了显著的效果,得到了学者的广泛认可,尤其是在SAKI防治方面。中药单体川芎嗪、黄芪多糖、灯盏花素、虎杖苷及中药复方活血化瘀方、通腑攻下方、清热解毒方、扶正益气方在SAKI防治中具有积极作用,但多局限于单条通路,缺乏多条通路相互作用及临床转化方面的研究,可作为未来的研究热点。Sepsis is a common critical disease in clinical practice,and kidney is one of the most vulnerable organs in the process of sepsis.Western medicine treatment of sepsis acute kidney injury(SAKI)is mainly symptomatic treatment such as fluid replacement,anti-inflammation and dialysis,but there is still a lack of effective treatment of SAKI.In recent years,integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of sepsis and has been widely recognized by scholars,especially in the prevention and treatment of SAKI.TCM monomers tetramethylpyrazine,astragalus polysaccharide,brevigeron,polydatin and TCM compounds Huoxue Huayu prescription,Tongfu Gongxia prescription,Qingrejiedu prescription and Fuzheng Yiqi prescription have positive effects in the prevention and treatment of SAKI,but most of them are limited to a single pathway and lack of studies on multi-pathway interaction and clinical transformation,which can be regarded as the future research hotspots.
