摘　　要：卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)是女性生育力降低的起始阶段,若不及时治疗,可进展为早发性卵巢功能不全或卵巢早衰,进而导致月经失调、不孕等妇科疾病,严重影响女性的生殖健康及生活质量。目前对于DOR西医尚无特效药物治疗,主要以对症治疗为主。而中医药在辨证论治的基础上结合中药周期疗法、专方、验方、膏方、中成药、针灸按摩以及中西医结合疗法等,可改善月经不调、促进排卵、提高受孕率,在降低中医症状评分、减少药物不良反应等方面优势显著。因此,明确DOR的机制可以为疾病的治疗提供理论依据和新思路。Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is the initial stage of female fertility decline.If not treated timely,it can progress to early onset ovarian insufficiency and premature ovarian failure,which can lead to menstrual disorders,infertility and other diseases,and seriously affect the quality of life of the women.Up to now,there is no specific drug to treat DOR in western medicine,and symptomatic therapy is the main treatment.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has obvious advantages in improving menstruation,promoting ovulation,improving pregnancy rate,reducing TCM symptom score and adverse drug reactions by combining TCM cycle therapy,specialized formula,verified formula,cream formula,TCM patent prescription,acupuncture and massage,and integrated Chinese and western medicine.Therefore,understanding the mechanism of DOR can provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the treatment.
