摘　　要：睾丸疾病是泌尿外科常见疾病,其诊断主要依靠睾丸触诊以及超声、CT等影像学检查,外科治疗则以传统开放手术为主。目前,临床上大多采用普通膀胱镜、小儿膀胱镜、电切镜、输尿管镜、肾镜等作为阴囊镜,且在睾丸疾病诊疗中取得了良好的临床效果,但仍存在一定局限性。随着近年腔内泌尿外科的发展,除了将传统泌尿内镜作为阴囊镜使用外,一些新型阴囊镜的设计研制及临床应用提高了睾丸疾病的阴囊镜诊疗效果,并在一定程度上克服了传统泌尿内镜作为阴囊镜使用的局限性。Testicular disease is a common disease in urology,and its diagnosis mainly relies on testicular palpation,ultrasound,CT and other imaging examinations.Surgical treatment is mainly based on traditional open surgery.At present,common cystoscope,pediatric cystoscope,resectoscope,ureteroscope,nephroscope,etc.are mostly used as scrotal endoscopes in clinical practice,and good clinical results have been achieved in the diagnosis and treatment of testicular diseases,but there are still some limitations.With the development of endourology in recent years,in addition to using traditional uroscopes as scrotal endoscopes,the design,development and clinical application of some new types of scrotal endoscopes have improved the diagnostic and therapeutic effects of scrotal endoscopes for testicular diseases,and overcome the limitations of traditional uroscopes as scrotal endoscopes to some extent.
