摘　　要：非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)是骨科常见的难治性疾病,也是骨科技术领域仍未解决的关键难题。目前,髋关节置换术治疗NONFH疗效确切,但由于NONFH好发于青壮年,患者后续行人工髋关节翻修术的概率较高。为减少人工髋关节翻修术对患者的创伤,许多学者在不断探索新的治疗方式。保髋手术治疗除髓心减压术基础上发展的一系列术式,截骨术、软骨植入术和软骨成形术等术式也取得了较好的临床疗效。药物和体外治疗方式的研究也为NONFH的治疗提供了更多选择。对不同患者进行个性化的手术、药物和体外联合治疗是将来治疗NONFH的方向。Nontraumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(NONFH)is a common refractory disease in orthopedics and an unsolved key problem in orthopedic technology field.At present,the therapeutic effect of NONFH with hip replacement is definite,however,since NONFH tends to occur in young adults,the probability of subsequent revision of artificial hip joints is high.In order to reduce the trauma of undergoing revision of artificial hip joint to the patients,many scholars are constantly exploring new therapeutic methods.In addition to a series of hip preservation surgical procedures developed on the basis of core decompression,osteotomy,cartilage implantation and chondroplasty have also achieved good clinical results.The study of drugs and in vitro treatment modalities also provides more options for the treatment of NONFH.Individualized surgery,drugs,and in vitro combination therapy for different patients is the direction for future treatment of NONFH.
