摘 要:全身麻醉可能对发育期大脑产生神经毒性,包括急性的神经元凋亡,甚至导致远期的学习记忆等行为异常。丙泊酚作为一种常用的静脉麻醉剂,近年认为其与其他麻醉剂相似,也对发育期的神经元有毒性作用,且目前尚未发现有效防治措施。从分子生化机制和病理生理机制方面认识和探讨丙泊酚引起神经毒性的相关机制,有助于深入研究丙泊酚引起发育期神经元毒性的具体机制,为提高婴幼儿人群应用丙泊酚麻醉的安全性提供保障。General anesthesia may cause neurotoxicity to the developing brain,including acute neuronal apoptosis and even behavioral abnormalities such as long-term learning and memory.Propofol,as a commonly used intravenous anesthetic,has been considered similar to other anesthetics in recent years,which has toxic effects on developing neurons.Currently,effective prevention and treatment measures have not been found.Understanding and exploring the relevant mechanisms of propofol induced neurotoxicity in terms of molecular biochemical and pathophysiological mechanisms will contribute to in-depth research on the specific mechanisms of propofol induced developmental neuronal toxicity,and provide guarantees for improving the safety of propofol anesthesia in infants and young children.
