摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)是慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床过程中的重要病程,会造成患者呼吸系统症状出现急性恶化,引起呼吸衰竭,导致预后不良。大多数AECOPD的发生与气道炎症及系统性炎症、机体免疫功能等密切相关,白细胞介素(IL)作为在白细胞或免疫细胞间相互作用的淋巴因子,可通过调节机体免疫功能、炎症反应过程等途径参与AECOPD的形成和进展,影响患者预后。临床可根据IL的不同作用机制制备靶向治疗药物,改善机体炎症反应和免疫功能,从而改善患者预后。但目前关于IL相关靶向药物较少,且在AECOPD治疗中的应用研究较少,其对患者的具体作用效果还需进一步研究加以明确。Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)is an important course in the clinical process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can cause acute deterioration of respiratory system symptoms,respiratory failure and poor prognosis.The occurrence of most AECOPD is closely related to airway inflammation,systemic inflammation,and immune function of the body.Interleukin(IL),as a lymphoid factor that interacts between leukocytes or immune cells,can participate in the formation and progress of AECOPD by regulating the immune function and inflammatory reaction process of the body,and affect the prognosis of the patients.According to the different mechanisms of IL,targeted therapeutic drugs can be prepared to improve the inflammatory reaction and immune function of the body and promote the prognosis of the patients.However,at present,there are few targeted drugs related to IL,and there are few studies on the application of them in the treatment of AECOPD.The specific effects of these drugs on the patients need to be further studied.
