摘 要:肾移植是目前挽救肾衰竭患者的唯一方式。然而,肾间质纤维化是导致移植肾远期功能丧失和降低患者预后的主要因素。缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是移植肾间质纤维化形成的重要诱因之一,可引起移植肾无菌性炎症,驱使免疫细胞浸润以及炎症因子产生。其中,巨噬细胞是IRI中的关键性免疫细胞,参与肾脏IRI相关的肾间质纤维化形成的全过程,并表现出高度的异质性和功能多样性。探讨巨噬细胞在肾脏IRI相关的肾间质纤维化形成中的研究进展,可为改善移植肾远期结果提供治疗靶点。At present,kidney transplantation is the only way to save patients with renal failure.However,renal interstitial fibrosis is one of the main factors leading to the long-term function loss of transplanted kidney and worsening the prognosis of the patients.Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)is an important precipitating factor for the formation of interstitial fibrosis in the transplanted kidney and causes aseptic inflammation of the transplanted kidney,driving immune cell infiltration and producing inflammatory factors.Among them,macrophages are the key immune cells in IRI,which are involved in the whole process of renal interstitial fibrosis formation associated with renal IRI and show a high degree of heterogeneity and functional diversity,and investigation of the research progress can provide therapeutic targets for improving the long-term results of transplanted kidneys.
