摘 要:医学宏基因组学通过研究人体不同微生物群落的组成及功能,在疾病的诊断、评估、治疗等环节发挥辅助作用。医学宏基因组学数据具有高维性和复杂性,但一般的生物信息学分析方法精度有限,而人工智能(AI)的应用为解决这一问题提供了新思路。目前,AI主要参与临床疾病自动化识别、动态监测、转归预测、多组学分析等医学宏基因组学的研究,可以帮助挖掘更多人体微生物群落与疾病相关的潜在信息、提供更多元的诊疗思路,辅助医师开展临床工作。Medical metagenomics conveys messages of the compositions and the functions of various human-associated microbes,which could play an auxiliary role in clinical diagnosis,treatments and prognosis assessments.However,due to its feature of high dimensionality and complexity,regular bioinformatics methods could hardly analyze the data precisely or thoroughly,while applications of artificial intelligence(AI)could provide new methods to the situation.Currently,AI is generally applied in medical metagenomic researches such as automatic recognition,dynamic monitoring,prognosis predicting and multi-omics analysis,which could help with the clinical work,mining more information about the relationship between human microbes and diseases,and providing diversified diagnosis and treatment ideas.
