摘 要:宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,大多由人乳头瘤病毒感染所致。虽然目前早期宫颈癌的手术治疗技术已趋成熟,但对于晚期、转移、复发以及特殊类型的宫颈癌,放化疗仍是主要的治疗方式。为了研究宫颈癌的机制及治疗方法,研究者建立了可以模拟肿瘤组织学、生物学特性的体外模型,主要包括永生癌细胞系、异种移植、转基因小鼠和新兴的类器官等,这些体外模型在宫颈癌的基因分析、药物筛选以及放疗预测中发挥重要作用。因此,未来深入研究细胞系到类器官在宫颈癌中的作用,可以为临床个体化治疗提供依据。Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies,mostly caused by human papillomavirus infection.Although the surgical treatment of early cervical cancer has become mature,chemoradiotherapy is still the main treatment for advanced,metastatic,recurrent and special types of cervical cancer.In order to study the mechanism and treatment of cervical cancer,researchers have established in vitro models that can simulate the histological and biological characteristics of tumors.In vitro models mainly include immortal cancer cell lines,xenotransplantation,transgenic mice and emerging organoids etc.,which play an important role in the genetic analysis,drug screening and radiotherapy prediction of cervical cancer.Therefore,further study on the role of cell lines to organoids in cervical cancer in the future can provide references for the individualized clinical treatment.
