摘  要:肺部疾病是常见的呼吸系统疾病,包括肺癌、肺栓塞、肺尘埃沉着病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等,早发现、早诊断、早治疗对改善肺部疾病患者预后有深远影响。双能量CT(DECT)是近年兴起的一项新型CT技术,能够提供单能量图像、有效原子序数、物质分离、能谱衰减曲线等参数图像,并可定量、定性分析被检组织情况,有助于疾病的诊断和鉴别。近年来,DECT广泛用于肺部疾病的检查,可对肺部疾病进行定性、定量评估,这为临床诊断及科研提供了新的途径。Pulmonary diseases are common respiratory diseases,including lung cancer,pulmonary embolism,pneumoconiosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,etc.Early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment has a profound influence on improving the prognosis of the patients.Dual-energy CT(DECT)is a new CT technology emerging in recent years.It can provide single-energy image,effective atomic number,material separation,energy spectrum attenuation curve and other multiple parameter images,and can quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the detected tissue,which is helpful for the disease diagnosis and differentiation.In recent years,DECT has been widely used in the examination of pulmonary diseases,and can carry out qualitative and quantitative evaluation of pulmonary diseases,which provides a new way for the clinical diagnosis and scientific research.
