摘　　要：2023年8月8日,国家标准委与发改委、工信部、生态环境部、应急管理部、国家能源局等部门联合印发《氢能产业标准体系建设指南(2023版)》(以下简称《指南》)。这是国家层面首个氢能全产业链标准体系建设指南。《指南》指出,氢能是一种来源丰富、绿色低碳、应用广泛的二次能源,对构建清洁低碳安全高效的能源体系、实现碳达峰碳中和目标,具有重要意义。《指南》系统构建了氢能制、储、输、用全产业链标准体系,涵盖基础与安全、氢制备、氢储存和输运、氢加注、氢能应用5个子体系。On August 8,2023,the Standardization Administration,together with the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,the Ministry of Emergency Management,the National Energy Administration,and other departments,jointly issued the"Guidelines for the Construction of the Hydrogen Energy Industry Standard System(2023 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the"Guidelines").This is the first national guidelines for the construction of the standard system for the entire hydrogen energy industry chain.It systematically constructs a standard system for the entire hydrogen energy production,storage,transportation,and uses industry chain,covering five subsystems:fundamentals and safety,hydrogen preparation,hydrogen storage and transportation,hydrogen refueling,and hydrogen energy application.
